Start the day with a pick-up from the port and head to Phuket Old Town. This historic area is rich in cultural heritage, with streets like Thanon Klang, Thanon Dibuk, and Soi Romanee, once home to settlers from China, India, Europe, and the Muslim world. These early settlers brought their distinct architectural styles, creating the iconic &lsquo;Sino-European&rsquo; buildings that remain today. During the reign of King Rama IV, Phuket&#39;s tin mining industry flourished, and while the mines are now preserved as museums, the area has since transformed into a vibrant hub of accommodations, dining spaces, and souvenir shops. For lunch, consider dining at One Chan or Tu Kub Kao. At noon, transfer from Old Phuket Town to Phuket International Airport for your flight to Chiang Mai (FD3165, 15:25-17:25). The panoramic view of Chiang Mai from the temple is breathtaking, and the site also hosts the Tiaw Khuen Doi Festival, where visitors ascend Doi Suthep Hill to worship the Buddhist relics enshrined there. Phuket, Thailand

Visit the Mae Sa Elephant Sanctuary, formerly known as the Thai Elephant Care Center and renamed The Chang Chiang Mai in November 2019. The sanctuary is home to 14 elephants, learn about elephant conservation. Afterward, enjoy lunch at the Orchid Farm, located in the Mae Rim district, which is home to a cluster of four famous orchid and butterfly farms.&nbsp; In the afternoon, visit Wat Suan Dok, also known as the Flower Garden Temple,&nbsp; famous for its small white chedis that house the ashes of many members of the Chiang Mai Royal Family. Founded in 1371, the temple has a rich history linked to the legendary monk Sumana Thera, who brought a holy relic to Chiang Mai.&nbsp; Next, explore Wat Phra Sing, home to Phra Phuttha Sihing, a Chiang Sean-style Buddha statue, enshrined in the beautifully crafted Vihan Lai Kham temple. During the Songkran festival in April, the statue is paraded around the town, where locals bath it with scented water for good luck. Afterward, enjoy dinner on your own, and then stay overnight at your Chiang Mai hotel.<br />
